
It's the first day of school! Ms. Tangel's 1st graders have had the best day!





Today starts our 2024-2025 school year! We are so excited to see everyone! Please take note of all of our social media platforms so you can follow along with our fun!


Welcome back, Patriots! Back to School Night is Monday, August 12th! We will have 5th grade orientation from 5pm-6pm. Kindergarten will be from 5:30pm-7pm. Grades 1st through 8th will be from 6pm-7pm. We look forward to seeing you!


Please bring an updated lease or mortgage statement along with two major pieces of mail. Bring school physicals, dental and eye exams as required along with immunization records. We will need SNAP and TANF case numbers (if applicable). Any additional questions can be directed to the grade school office at 309.686.8809. We look forward to seeing you!

Field Day...with a twist! PHFD hung out and gave them the best morning! Our 5th-7th grade loved it!





Thank you Miss Krissy and Miss Lee for coming to share the fun things going on at our Peoria Heights Public Library over the summer! Also, a special thank you to Magician Rick Eugene for entertaining us with his magic tricks!



Yearbooks are in! They're available at the grade school office for $20. We accept cash or check payable to PHGS!

Thank you PNC for getting Bears Alumni Chris Zurich to read this morning to our preschool classrooms through their Homeroom Huddle! He joined them virtually to read his favorite book "The Giving Tree."

Mrs. Haslett's class completed Junior Achievement yesterday with volunteer Karl Figg!


Mr. Van Kley was Mrs. Braun's Junior Achievement volunteer from CAT. He taught them 5 sessions about our neighborhoods and businesses!
