PHHS and PHGS registration will be August 1 and 2 from 9-12 and 4-7 in the grade school cafeteria for grade school students and in the HS office for HS students. Please bring the following: Proof of residency so we can update our files Mortgage or lease or tax bill AND Mail with your name and address from a bill such as Ameren, credit card, phone, etc. Physicals, dental exams, vision exams, and immunization records as needed. At the end of the year, you received a letter indicating which records we need updated. Online registration is already open for GS students so feel free to fill it out before you come in and just bring a proof of residency. HS student online registration will open Aug 1.
